Additional warning message about "crashed forms" is added to inform about the problems with forms in Outlook 2003
Additional message is added about the "Select folder" dialog during installation on Outlook 2003 SP2
Fixes:
Issue with "Export Contacts" feature when contacts were not exported.
Issue when Outlook crashed during resending of a project with large amount of items.
Issue when a task item percentage value was not saved being changed manually without using the arrow buttons.
Issue when the "Help" button in "4Team Options" was not functional if installation with online help was selected.
Some issues with 4Team Online Service fixed
