Draft Folder:
Save your unfinished work in a separate "Drafts" folder invisible to other members
Now you can make your messages, tasks, appointments and other information available only when you  need them. Save unfinished versions of items in a separate Drafts folder, then copy or move them  into any project when you  have completed working with them.

My Stuff Folders are accessible from My Dashboard menu: Use 4Team Online to manage your personal information and synchronize it with Outlook using Import-Export.

Now you have additional folders to manage, just like  your Personal Folders in Outlook. The content  of these folders is accessible to you  only.

Use  the "My Calendar" and "My Tasks" folders to track all your personal appointments and tasks. You can also enable the view of your tasks and appointments from  your projects, allowing you to see all your information in one place.

Make your personal contacts accessible online in the "My Contacts" folder.

Write down your personal notes and thoughts, or save your personal documents or other files using the "My Notes" and "My Documents" folders.

Prepare an item for your project in Draft and post it later, when completed. Copy, Move project items between projects.
