New features:

Notification of participants about a new or updated appointment or task.

You can now notify each team member that you have invited them to an appointment or assigned them to a task. Just select the notify recipients checkbox and they will receive your notification immediately by e-mail or it will show in a pop-up window if they are currently logged on to 4Team Online.

Checking your availability while working with the current project Calendar

Click Show my appointments in all projects to review your free/busy time in the Calendar.

Awareness of your current time while working with your Calendar

You can monitor the current time line in Day view of Calendar just like in MS Outlook.

Display of Date and Time in projects in a convenient format

You can now adjust the Date and Time format in the Account Settings section.

Improved upload of files as documents and attachments.

You can now see the progress bar during the file upload process.

Sending e-mail to selected contacts with one click.

You can now select as many contacts as you want and open a new e-mail message window with one click of a button. Just use the checkboxes to the left of each contact and click the Send e-mail to contacts button on the upper menu bar.

Review of all current project items attachments .

With a new additional Attachments view in the Documents folder you can now easily review and manage all your documents and files that are used in the project. Even if you delete attachments, you will still be able to manage them in the Document Project folder.

Monitoring the Documents folder size of each project

Stay informed about the size of your Documents folder in each project. You can now see the amount of data in Kb in the heading of the Documents folder.

Keeping track Item last updates in each project

You can now quickly review what was recently changed in your projects just open the Team Projects folder.

Improved import/export of CSV files

The improvements include the file upload progress bar window and visual information about the importing status.

Possibility to read Discussions in a simple list view

A New Simple List view was added to the Discussions folder to help you read and manage all the latest postings.
